1. Your subscription(s) will start with the next available issue. During Christmas some titles allow for dispatch of the first issue of gift subscriptions to be delayed until the New Year.
2. An acknowledgement email will be sent to you, the subscription purchaser, within 12 hours of the subscription(s) being ordered.
3. A second communication will be sent to the subscription purchaser when the subscription order has been processed by the publisher of the magazine ordered. This communication, which may be by email or post, will confirm contact details for the publisher regarding your subscription(s), the starting issue of the subscription(s) and the expected despatch date of the first issue.
4. It can take up to 12 weeks for delivery of your first magazine but this will be confirmed in the Welcome letter you receive from the publisher of your selected magazine(s). The delivery date is determined by the date that you order and the print date of the next available issue.
5. The selected magazine/s cannot be exchanged for any other magazines through the website.
6. Except where stated on the magazine page, the subscription can be cancelled at any time during its term and a refund of any unmailed issues will be made by the Publisher of the magazine/s you purchased and not by Magazine Group. Note that any magazines that stipulate a minimum subscription period will offer no refunds for subscriptions cancelled during this time.
7. If you pay for your subscription by Direct Debit you are automatically protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. A copy of this should be sent to you by the publisher of the magazine/s you have selected along with the details of the date of the first direct debit from your account and the frequency and amount of subsequent payments. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank and/or the publisher.
8. Please note we cannot accept postal orders or cheques.
9. This website is operated by ThreePM ltd who pass your orders and payment details to the publisher of your selected magazine/s. Whilst we will always endeavour to answer customer queries, the magazine that you order will always be fulfilled by the publisher of that magazine. We therefore recommend that you deal directly with the publisher about queries relating to your magazine subscription. Please note, the magazine covers used on this site are for illustrative purposes only.
